Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Though we are unable to offer our FREE shipping options to our international customers, unfortunately. Please see our delivery page for up-to-date pricing.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most of our items are ordered in for you from our fabulous brands and ship within 7–10 working days. Quick-to-Ship veils and accessories are dispatched within 1–2 business days as these are help in stock. You’ll find shipping info on each product page.

How are items packaged?

Our veils and accessories come from a variety of bridal brands, some of whom provide their own beautiful packaging, if not, the item will be carefully packaged by our team prior to posting.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

Some smaller orders may fit through standard letterboxes and won’t require a signature, but larger items such as veils may need to be signed for.

What’s the difference between "Quick-to-Ship” and other items?

Quick-to-Ship products are stocked in our studio and ready to send out right away. Everything else is ordered in for you and ships out from the designer in 7–10 working days.

Shopping

Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes! As long as your item hasn’t been worn and is in its original condition, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of safe return.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your item hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to cancel it — email us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we can’t cancel orders that have been shipped until they have been received by you a returned back to us.

What if something arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we’ll sort it out right away.
