Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We aim to make returns as simple as possible.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

• Must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty

Eligible returns may be sent to Wedding Veils Ltd, 132 Highfield Rd, First Floor, Blackpool, FY4 2HH

Non-Returnable Items:

• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
